Linen

The management of the linen is the responsibility of the cleaning services company appointed by Hospitality @ Waterfall City.

To facilitate that linen is of good quality and there is a similar standard throughout our listings, the cleaning services company shall provide a starter kit consisting of three sets of linen per bedroom and bathroom.  The cost of which is for the homeowner, and it is a once off fee to ensure standards are maintained.

The cost of the start up linen kit shall be included in the listing Terms & Conditions and any updates shall be communicated to you as and when required.

Linen damaged or removed by guests shall be replaced through the "breakages and damages" deposit paid by the guest.  Should the cost exceed this deposit, reasonable attempts shall be made to recover the cost from the guest, however, should all reasonable attempts fail, the homeowner may be liable to replace the linen (sourced from the cleaning services provider) and recover the cost through his insurance.
